Absolutely! We are committed to sourcing our gemstones responsibly, ensuring ethical practices and quality materials. We buy all of our stones from trusted suppliers in London's iconic Hatton Garden. All of our suppliers have visited their mines to ensure quality and ethical standards.

Our 18ct gold plating is of high quality, but it requires care. Avoid contact with chemicals, water, and abrasive surfaces to maintain its shine.

If an item needs resizing, this is nearly always possible but may include an additional charge (and doesn't count as a fault).

As each of our pieces are handcrafted by JoJo herself, meaning we take the time to ensure every detail is perfect. Because of this, your order may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete.
We appreciate your patience and assure you that the wait is worth it for a truly unique and beautifully crafted piece.

Starting at £8, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For, following our lead time of 4-6 weeks. If you prefer a different delivery method, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

Starting at £15, your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For, after our 4-6 week lead time. We're happy to accommodate alternative delivery methods upon request.

Starting at £25, we ship via Royal Mail First Class Signed For, following the 4-6 week lead time. If you need a different delivery method, please let us know, and we’ll work with you to arrange it.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery, so we handle each order with the utmost care. Because of this, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. Examples of situations where we would accept a return include:
You received the wrong item or size.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
There is a significant issue with the quality of the piece that was not disclosed.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
